WotLK What bracers to donate? Armory link below

Dear brothers,

I am about to finish BiS-ing my warrior off-set wise and I've come to the point where I need to change my wrists. Good ol' wrathful ones just won't do it anymore for me. I am torn between Bracers of the Heir (RS10HC) and Toskk's Maximized Wristguards (ICC25HC). I play mostly PvP. First option gives me 92 more attack power and strenght which gives me block value. On the other hand Toskk's provide with a lot of agility which gives me crit and dodge, they also have slightly more ARP. The thing is I play with Oathbinder and WFS and I'm already quite high on crit - 50.98%. What is your advice?
