Can i get back my characters?

I played for a long time on that account and now i don't have the characters.
Can i get back them somehow? I am a premium member...

If you mean characters from the old Molten servers, they were lost and you cannot get them back. If you mean characters from Warmane, make a post on this sub-forum that I linked and you'll get an answer on your situation. Good luck.
