Don't know if calling pregspec/enh skill is the right thing to do. It's kind of like calling Beastcleave at 2.7+ on old AT duperskilledcompo (well I mean I agree on the war/pala roflstomping but hey 3.3.5 need to have its own faults)

Beastcleave has a complete different playstyle than reckoning paly/enh.

Well, when you have a elitist mindset you can say about pretty much every comb that it's easy to play.

In case of reckoning/enh they have to line up their CC abilitys and the Enh has to kite a lot since it's a very fragile spec. Both players need to have a perfect synergy as they are both healer/dps hybrids who rely on each other.
The setup has nothing in common with beastcleave except for the fact that both combs have a Enh shami in it.

Removing it wont change anything. The dmg boost from SM is pretty small, thhe real dmg boost come from HC off-parts and trinkets.

SM effect gives damage explosion equal to engineering rocket + infinite superior berserking buff. Explosion + 270 STR together can be counted as third trinket which is game changing, at least in arena.

Well, the human racial gives more benefit than Smourne.
A extra 1250 Ap from the second pve trinket is superior to Explosion + 270 STR.
