I'm curious if there is a possibility to make a betting system H/L in rolls in game legal? For example roll over 70
There would be a legit forum thread where I could post a name of character which is responsible for this, if nessessary do a screenshot of every transaction and respond to every complain in there?

Only substantiation for banning casinos is "it often leads to scam", so if there's no room for scam why not let it through?

Gold base would be around 100k and a maximum of 1000g bet at time to prevent possibility of winning more than I could afford to return.

Other question is it forbidden to make bets such as "roll for 200g, whomever gets higher roll wins"?

What do you think about this "idea", is it possible or there is no room for change rules?

I highly doubt it. This would just open a new avenue for scamming. As for your question about highest roll winning gold, the rules effectively cover all rolling games.

"Casinos": Creating ingame casinos to let people roll for gold or other ingame good is forbidden.
