Who are we?

We are a Fun No Drama and Toxic Free Alliance Guild.

The main idea of this guild came up after hours, days, weeks and even months of dealing with toxic players in all modes, pugs, hardcore raiders, casual players. We understand that most players in Warmane are stressed do it to life adversities or other issues, but we want a different gameplay, a different place to be, so this guild is free of all that toxicity, we reject and disdain any form of hate speech, racism, drama or xenophoby any guild member caught performing any hate speech or anything of the mentioned above will be sanctioned and depending on the fault even Guild Kicked on sight. As we are cool we are intolerant with this sort of behavior.

We don't require any special knowledge of the game Everyone is welcome to join us, so far as they show capable of demonstrate values, loyalty and a positive attitude towards the guild, their members and other players in the server.

What's our current situation

At the moment we are currently working our way to gear. Having some high end geared players 6.5k gs, some others in between 5k gs and the rest (including gm and officers) in the low bracket of Gear Score. 4k gs
Some of us are ex retail players with vast knowledge of the game, mechanics and their classes. We had hardcore raided the game all thru Burning Crusade to Battle For Azeroth.

As gearing up is a process that requires patience and dedication, we believe that in order to have a full core to raid, we need dedicated players, so patience and dedication can pay off.
That means high geared players pulling excessively aggro, ignoring encounter mechanics to have a burst in your dps/healing or performing poorly will be considered in loot distribution We use only LOOT COUNCIL

Why loot council and not EPGP or DKP?
Loot council provides a better way to reward those players that actively participate in the guild raids and gives a tool to gear up members that no matter what, display Positive Points or knowledge of their class as they can prove themselves more than valuable to the guild progress.
Some key players are the essence of any raid and we want those members to be rewarded to better improve their performance and increase our raid chances to succeed in End Game Raiding.

What are our requirements for raiding

1 -We require that you commit yourself to better your gameplay, learn your class or even help others to improve theirs, taking constructive criticism in a positive way. or providing feedback in a constructive way. Always relying in our golden Rule Mature, educated and positive behavior

2- Patience. Patience is the key as we mentioned gearing is a process. We require that you show up if you signed up for raid at least 15 mins prior to the raid start and wait to be invited. DON'T WHISPER OFFICERS OR GM TO BE INVITED those who signed will be invited if they have the proper gear and requirements.

3- NO MATTER HOW LOW YOUR GEAR IS - gems, enchants , flasks and food are required to participate in raids. We also use Discord to communicate, you don't need a microphone but you need to be able to listen and understand English commands. (You won't be doing ICC Heroic in low gear... but you might participate in Ulduar, Toc, Naxx and other raids)

4- During Trash clear , you can make free use of voice and communicate with other raid members but during boss fights, we required that raid members remain silent to focus our raid leaders into the group progress. After fights or prior fights you can ask an officer to provide a tactic it won't be denied or ignored, besides all our knowledge of the game , we want everyone to take part and involves, so feel free to provide any feedback you might deem positive.

I Want to be Casual, I work and I don't have too much time to play, I like PvP, I don't like hardcore raiding, can I join anyway?

Of course you can! All that we require is that you respect our guild golden rule.

What is your raid time
We are starting at 17PM ST - We are not currently raiding any content besides, fun raids or achievement runs. Once we gather enough members we will proceed to raid Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays leaving Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays free.

Raid time has been changed to 18ST
All applicants must be 5k + Fully enchanted and Socketed In order to be able to participate in the guild raids.
We don't require that you know all the fights, only to log in discord and be able to understand English commands given. You will also be tested as trial, that means you have a chance to learn the fights and improve if you show dedication

Raids will being shortly after we completed the desired rooster. Remember this is a new guild, so we need the right amount of players in order to do it.

Raiding is currently "Delayed" we are working on organizing our raid times, guild ranks and more.
What does this mean? It means we are now Casual. You can join us for fun, to go out with friends, organize events as there will not be any fixed daily or weekly agenda.
