Stuck between 2 weapons

fellow warios.

im a level 23 manlet warrior and i'm undecided in which weapon to use

between Killmaim https://wotlk.evowow.com/?item=13016

and the haunting blade https://wotlk.evowow.com/?item=6641

both have the same DPS of 21.7, BUT:
-killmaim has a chance to bleed 100 damage 30 sec
-the haunting blade has better min/max damage and +28 attack power

What should i do?

Go for haunting blade. 100 bleed dmg over 30 s is crappy nowadays. It might been good on classic, when classes were weaker overall, but now it won't do much.
