WotLK Item loot problem!

Hello! I won a trinket in FOS dungeon on last boss.
The problem is that the item i WON have not showed up in my bag!
My bag was not full, boss cannot be looted anymore.

EDIT: So, i found the trinket ! I have it equipped - even if i did not equip it myself!
Now the problem is, where the hell is my old trinket from that place???
Seems this item auto-equipped on me but the old trinket disappear!
I dont remember name of my trinket :(

The item actually REPLACED my trinket ! WTF

It didn't replace your trinket, don't go off on conspiracy theories.
It says RIGHT on the item that it's UNIQUE, meaning you can't have 2 of them, not even in the bags, you've just wasted one of those when someone else could have used it.
It's unique and you can't even own to, let alone wear two of those.

Why it does replaced my old trinket? (different one)
I did not own this trinket before this one at all.

It doesn't replace anything.
It stayed in the boss' corpse cause you couldn't pick it up.

Boss was unlootable anymore.
The item auto-equipped on me - wich i dont understand
and replaced it with my old trinket. Idk what was name of my old trinket, but it was not the same trinket for 1000000% sure..

Items do not replace other items.
Items do not equip themselves.
There's no exceptions. You've probably equipped it and didn't notice.

TL;DR
Guy needs(ninja) a trinket, doesn't realize he already has one, doesn't understand what "Unique" means(he has one Scorpion equipped), that's clear since he has http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=37638 in his bag, clearly to keep instead of vendoring it. Probably someone in party was angry about that, so our guy goes into damage control mode and tries to pull some magic happening with his trinkets.
