ICC & RS "tuning"

Hello. So rumor has it that ICC and RS bosses do more damage on Icecrown than they did in retail. Does anyone have any data to confirm or debunk this rumor?

If they do, it's a bug and not intended. They do more damage on Lordaeron and for a while, when Lordaeron was first opened, Icecrown bosses sometimes got Lordaeron damage, but that has always been fixed within a day or so.
Whenever you notice a boss doing more damage check it vs retail numbers and if it's doing more report it.
Take into account your armour, buffs and get a reputable source for retail numbers, not some other private server forum.

TL;DR: It's mostly rumours, if it's true then it's not intentional.

"Considering community feedback, difficulty of various encounters were adjusted on Lordaeron, in order to scale down difficulty to some degree in especially difficult encounters. Players on Icecrown may also see some value changes as we applied changes to get melee values more accurate. We are further listening to community feedback and are reviewing our changes."

They actually toned down white hits on various encounters almost 1 year ago.
