that is not a bug.
It works as intended (to discourage people)

The problem is when you get deserter debuff when you do not deserve it (I do not know if the issue has been solved yet)

In your case, do not que for Soloq with an unstable internet.
It is not fair for your partner if you randmly get disconncted during an Arena Game; do not you think ?

idk why they removed being able to log back into arena. Also now if you get dc'd while in que, your char still stays online and in que aka you will get deserter. System is definetly flawed

I got dc two times in two days , with -40 rate and 15min deserted...
