Technical Penis pictures allowed?

Yesterday I made a report of a player that posted a picture of his penis on trade. I uploaded the screenshot on imgurl, I was not going to post the link of his penis on the report, since you could see it in the screenshot I took.

I took a quick read on the thread he posted, and apparently I had input everything, brief explanation, proof in a screenshot and everything except directly mentioning his name, but since he's the only one in the screenshot that's posting an imgurl link I thought it was more than clear.

So it's basically allowed to post tits, ***, penises and vulvas in global channels? okay.

Wasn't "Don't open links from people you don't know" the first thing everyone tells you when you're allowed to use the internet alone? It could be an image link, but it could also be a phishing site to scam people for god knows what this time.
Bannable or not, what kind of an ***** does a person have to be for that...

And I'm pretty sure this is one of a kind case and it falls under "NO SOCIAL MISTREATMENT OR ANNOYANCE" in the rules, try again mentioning his name in the ticket, instead of just the screenshot.
Maybe the link is down so GMs couldn't verify if it's a dick pic or not.

But, whatever comes out of that report, what kind of a person does this.. probably a <14yo person...

I have reported some players without explicitly writing their names in the report because it was clear in the screenshoot, similarly to what you are saying. Maybe the GM wasn't able to read the link.

I don't know, it all started when this guy, after spamming for quite a long time that he's 190cm and has a 19cm penis (10% of his body height) it brought somebody to ask "show picture of penis". To my surprise, a link to imgurl appeared on trade, in order to verify the veracity of the picture I had to click on the link, and to my surprise it was indeed a penis. I don't know if this penis was his belonging but it was rather disturbing, he was sitting in front of a mirror and you could see this tiny enoki looking circumcised penis on top of a saggy scrotum, down below you could even see his brownish arsehole. It was quite the most disturbing picture I've ever seen in my entire life, for instance I've never seen a circumcised penis before so it was double shocking, I've only seen drawings in books.

This man has certainly lost his dignity along with his foreskin and I'm concerned about all the minors that may have clicked on that picture out of curiosity, that's why I was wondering after seeing the answer to my report what was the stance of the staff towards penises.

I'll do a new report as you guys have suggested, I hope we can find a solution to this unsavory situation.
