Lordaeron Where is the Valentines Day Event?

Where is the Valentine's day event? The goblins are usually in Orgrimmar for Horde but I can't see them. I need the event for the feat "What a Long strange Trip it's been". I can't find any way to contact warmane staff via forums or this site, please help, I've been working on the event feats for a while, and would like to ride my drake.
