Fly in Northrend at lvl 71

Hello,

Can anyone tellme how to fly in northrend at lvl 71? I see some people fliying at this level, but when I go to train the hability to fly in northrend it says that i can't purchase ir until lvl 77.
Is there any other option?

u need to have some lvl 80 char, and u can buy book in dalaran that is teaching you how to fly in north, and you can send that book to any of your alts usable at 68+ lvl

p.s. After Patch 3.2.0, level 80 characters could purchase the heirloom item [Tome of Cold Weather Flight] from Hira Snowdawn in Dalaran. The tome allows alt characters on the same realm and account of level 68 or higher to learn the spell, making flight in Northrend possible from an earlier level.[1] This was removed in Patch 4.0.1, with Cold Weather Flying now available at 68.
