WotLK Faction change

Good afternoon,
I just bought faction change and wanted to play horde with my friends, but somehow by my mistake I again chose alliance, Could you help me please? You can see it in the system that I bought faction change like 10 minutes ago and I just failed it.

Hello, Dandikvole.

I am unsure as to whether 'Faction change' would show up under 'Item Misbuy' as it is a service. You can however, still create an 'Item Misbuy' without selecting an item from the list. Please create a ticket by selecting 'My Account' -> 'Support' -> 'Create Ticket'. Under Category select 'Item Misbuy'.

If for some reason the ticket fails to be created due to lack of item selection, please choose 'General Enquiry' instead.
