I got bann for my IP
Dear Support Team!
Why got bann for Suspicious Activity for no reasons? I wasnt online about 6-7 months ago. On my log shows a different IP as mine where i got the bann. I changed my PW 6 month ago thats was my last activity on my account. Someone can explain me whats happened with my account?

Bans are usually made for a reason, you can appeal the ban: 'My Account' -> 'Support' -> 'Create Ticket'. Under category please select 'Ban Appeal'
