    I got bann for my IP

    Dear Support Team!

    Why got bann for Suspicious Activity for no reasons? I wasnt online about 6-7 months ago. On my log shows a different IP as mine where i got the bann. I changed my PW 6 month ago thats was my last activity on my account. Someone can explain me whats happened with my account?

    Bans are usually made for a reason, you can appeal the ban: 'My Account' -> 'Support' -> 'Create Ticket'. Under category please select 'Ban Appeal'

    Please note that Ban Appeals may not always be granted as your account is your jurisdiction and any action under that account is your responsibility.
