Technical Discount code bug

Hello i have this problem with my discount code from 2017 and 2019. When i buy something from the store the codes seems to apply cuz it says to me that the item will cost me 14 coins and 18 coins but when i finish ( complete ) it took from me 23 coins .... why is that. ( yes i clicked Apply for the code ) . ANy ideas ? Maybe i cant use the codes anymore cuz they r old ?

Are you using the Code on "Store", "Services" or "Trade" ?

In case you were on "Store" then open a ticket on website:

I'm using the code in Store to buy item for my character. Its funny that it says the item will cost me less when i apply the code and when i confirm it still cost me 23 .... any tips ? ( 2019 code same goes for 2017 code )
