    Agility vs Armor Pen

    Hello, so i got a question for some Pro Hunter's out there.. Let's start, my hunter is >MM<
    Lets say i like to do PVP in bis PVE gear (having 0 resilience) and so on. (Glass cannon FTW)
    What should i gem my gear for? Agility or Armor Pen?
    At the moment i got 100% Armor pen (1411 pen).
    But as i don't stand still and don't cast Steady Shot alot.. I feel like alot of my damage is lost. Versus if i had gem in Agility?
    Because Armor pen only increase "Physical" damage. But Agility increases all type of damage + more crit etc..
    So if i'm right it would be better to gem Agility and ignore Armor pen in general? for PvP in PvE gear?
