Burning Crusade Characters disapeared

Hi,

I've been playing TBC on and off from the launch of the server and now when i logged on again i've noticed that all my low lvl chars disapeared and one of them was my banker with all my BoEs and gold on it.
I also saw on the front page that there was a "clean up" and i think this is the reason of the dissapearence.
Is there a way i can get my items and gold back from my banker? I tried opening a ticket but thats only for ban appeal.

if it was cleaned in the cleanup it's gone for good.
