a Friend of mine got scammed in 5k gold

Jhogan yesterday had 9.8k gold and when he logged in now he only have 4.8k gold, so he payed 4 coins for 11k gold and someone scammed him and we don't know why.. Where should i report that ?

It was announced about a month ago, check the website from time to time. Everyone lost 50% of their gold.
