Game won't save :(

Hi guys!
I recently had to reinstall Wrath and since then every time I log into the game, it's like a new game... As in showing the Blizzard logo, starting the video intro, having to scroll down twice to accept ToS, all sounds and video settings are new.

Anyone know what I can do about this?
Any help is appreciated.

Right-click your WoW folder, select "Properties" and uncheck "Read-only".
