    Premium membership not working

    Dear guys,

    I just ordered a 10 euros donation for Warmane in order for me to get the premium membership. Here is the problem:

    After I clicked on "Confirm" for my order, the webiste asked for my ID copy for the payment to be done. I did provide the document, and the 10 euros are deduced from my bank account (I provided the screenshot), but I don't have the Premium membership on my account so I can't play like I want to.

    I would like to have a quick answer please!

    Wait a bit, it might take a day or two for the coins and premium status to arrive. If they don't come for like 3-4 days send an e-mail to [email protected], maybe they will help you out.
