    Why doesn't the character I just bought have an ICC prestige ring? I want to appeal to GM, but I don't know how to find it. The character's name is (Kambrielle).

    Because the price is lower if it's removed. Open a ticket ingame and a GM should restore it afaik. Click the little red question mark on your bar "?" then click "Talk to a GM" then once again "Open a Ticket" and explain to the GMs your situation.

    May I ask how long it will take me to complete the appeal so that I can get the ring? I've been complaining for over 10 hours.

    Tickets take a while, there's lots of them and not a lot of GMs. It can vary, but it's mostly less than a day.
