Site Email "taken"

I tried to create an account and the account name was taken so i chose another account name and when I tried to create it said my email was already in use. How is it in use when I created it moments prior to attempting to create the warmane account? There's no emails and i cant recover anything to it from Warmane.

It's possible that someone created an account for your email by mistake, couldn't verify it and it stayed there a very long time ago.
It's also possible, if your email isn't very old, that someone had it before you, google can sometimes recycle names if they're not used so you took it after someone already used it.
Go to recover page, try to recover the account if it exists by entering your email and you'll get a password reset email.
