I'm stuck in ghost form and nothing is working - auto unstuck /character unstuck

so yea we wiped and this healer rage quits and leaves me dead so i leave the group and release and i can't find my body anywhere on the map lmao + nothing is working i tried walking to the instance see if i can res but my body wasn't there and on the website it says my character should be offline to use the character unstuck while it IS offline
and when i headed back to find the spirit healer there wasn't any at that spot
hmmmmm
