None. You have to buy librams for emblems at vendors in dala.

Aside from buying librams with emblem from emblem vendor at dalaran. There are two more alternative:

1) Pvp librams from pvp vendor at Ogrimmar or stormwind. Or dalaran but the librams there required rating to purchase.
2) Venture coins vendor (Venture bay, south of Grizzly Hills)
