    Forever-Lovely Rose transmog

    I just got from Heart-Shaped Box the item Forever-Lovely Rose and I applied a Scroll of Deception. It worked, I got its Essence. But I cannot apply it to my head gear.
    What's wrong? To what can I tmog it to? If you cannot do it, why can you create an Essence of it? I just wasted a Scroll of Deception?
    I'm sure I'm not the first one with this problem.

    Error message: This item cannot be transmogrified with that appearance.
