    Shadowvault

    Hello guys, I have a problem and don't know the solution. So first my character was horde and I did Shadow vault quest chain but now I transferred to alliance and shadow vault is no longer accessible nor there is a quest chain to start since I did it on the horde. NPC'S are red and I cannot do anything nor buy any items whatsoever. So my question is how can I access the Shadow vault again since there is no quest chain.

    Open a ticket in game and ask a GM to reset the quest chain for you.
