WotLK Race Change consequences

I want to change from human to draenei. But I am afraid of bugs i may cause.
Has anyone encountered any bug?

e.g.
=> Reputation bug
=> Quest bug, can I still do The Loremaster?
=> I have heard some rumors that Faction Change have messed up reputation and quest (like race-specific quests)
=> Race Mounts (like => you need to be exalted with Stormwind to buy horses)
=> Arena Team/Rating or arena pts
=> Items that are still in AH
=> Unread mailbox
=> etc.

And also, if i change my name, what are some bugs i may cause?

IDK about Human>Draenei but when I was switching Blood Elf>Orc I did lose some reputation. Nothing much - around 1-2k reputation. You have to grind it back up since GMs won't help you. I also did a name change with it and I encountered no additional problems. I can't tell you anything about other things since I did both Loremaster and got all mounts before the switch. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the race-specific quests got ****ed up. Ratings and AH things shouldn't have any problems. When I name changed recently some people couldn't whisper me because they seen my old name in the whisper instead of the new one. Relog fixes it I think.
