Website Allow more than one session

I'd like to ask if it would be possible to have more than one login sessions open at the same time.
I usually have it in my PC but I find myself very often checking the forums from my phone. What's a pain in the as* is the fact that it implies having to log in again (which involves going to the main webpage, which is not responsive - a big accessibility flaw - changing app to the autheticator - and it's even worse with mail - and finally heading back to the forum's thread and page you were before) and it also implies to do it all over again when you get back to the PC.

Also, for some reason it won't keep the session open in my phone for long. Is it based on IP adress? That might be it, because phones change theirs very frequently (WiFi, cel connection...).
