WotLK The items equipped have disappeared!

Well what happened was this:
I had not been in wow for a while, one day about 2 or 3 weeks ago I went back in and 3 or 4 characters had disappeared from my account, which I thought "they have been stolen or removed", when I go into the history already recovering characters did not appear to me, and I said well then I go, yesterday I wanted to go back to the server and when I do I found that all my characters were, but none have the items that I had equipped, but it is rare because the Objects that I had in the bags had not been removed, only the equipped objects were removed. Please if you can solve this problem for me. I already tried deleting the "cache" folder but nothing happened.
