WotLK Can't Tag into Heroic Dungeon (190ilvl / 3KGS)

Hi, all is in the title, i can't tag for heroic DG, i am 3KGS and 190ilvl with no heilroom.

I also had to go over the minimum and elsewhere on the internet someone said that Staves (made another mage) make it so that the OH slot counts as 0.
If you're in the same situation then your item level is 179 instead of 190. I also had to go way over, but cloth BOEs are cheap so that was easier for me to do.

Run some FoS PoS normal. Organize it to make it easier.
Get a few epics 219 and you should be fine.
ToC5 to get trinket. I wonder if ilvl158 trink is what sets you off.

Ok, i update the post, i am now available to get into HC mode, by tilt 192ilvl... Idk why is so high requirement
