Is there addon that allows me to draw on my map ?? (Some people might find it useless or stupid)
I got gatherer etc, but after hours of wandering i loose my focus and digress from profitable routes...
Sounds stupid but drawing on my map selected route would raise my efficency and pleasure of farming.

I've never heard of anything similar.

I suggest to do a screenshot of the map, do some Paint on it and have it for Alt+Tab easily to keep track of where to go.

I use one called HandyNotes, it allows you to put markers over your map.

Just get the 3.3.0 one, all you have to do is ctrl+right click on the map to create a new marker. Enjoy!
