Dk starting eye quest bugged?

The dk quest of using the eye to gain information from structures is bugged? And the main question I wanted to ask was that is there anything we players can do to make the Frostwolf realm more popular? It is fun to play but the lack of bgs and dungeons is sad.

Unholy spec? if so relog and un-summon your ghoul then try the quest.
I just did the entire dk starting experience on Frostwolf last night
