Burning Crusade Unconventional Arms Build

Hello,

I've been looking into arms builds for pve and pvp and came up with something of a hybrid: https://calculators.iradei.eu/talent...00000000000000

The general idea is to get some of the most important talents for both raiding and arena, and my goal is to able to pull at least 90% of the dps of a normal arms spec in raids, fare well in arena, and be able to tank heroics in proper gear (with a healer and enhancement shaman I trust). Obviously I'm missing some important talents, namely 3/5 flurry and 2/2 weapon mastery. I'm willing to take a hit to personal dps since arms is mostly a support class anyway, but I don't know how big of a hit it is. As such, my questions are:

A) How would the dps of this build compare to a standard 33/28/0 arms warrior?

B) How would this build fare in arena?

C) Could this build tank heroics?

D) Does the value of talents like second wind, maxed shouts and improved cleave substantially help to offset the loss of personal dps?
