What to do in game?

I levelled a charecter to 90 but don’t know what to do. Since there is low pop on this server bug and dungeons rarely ever happen. All I can do is farm chests in timeless isle.
What is it that yall do in the server?

In my case, me and some lads group up and do pve stuff (raids or dg's), if you just queue on rdf you prolly wont get lucky, might aswell call on global for people to join or start a party.
