Is it possible to learn this power? I mean, you probably require like 6k gs for icc10nm run or 5500gs for toc25 + achievement i assume... Most pugs do this.

for us gearscore is not everything we want ppl just to listen and learn , even if some did mistakes its fine unless they learn from there own mistakes
