Character Stuck

My Character is logging out after like 10 secs.
i've tryed the auto-unstuck but it does not work,
also tryed to contact a GM, by opening a ticket also craches as soon as i press send,
can you help ?

try to enter with a different character, are you able to do it ?

yes i can log with any other character :(

did you try Website Unstuck?

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

I did that, but same thing nothing changed.
