Wanna ask is "Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings" better the the "Royal Scepter" mainly for BGs ?

From what I remember hearing its only really good for single target or small party healing as you lose too many stats, spellpower in particular for it to be viable for aoe healing. So usually its use comes only if you have a frontline thats taking massive damage that you and or others are having trouble keeping up.
