Technical Coming back and banned

Hello,
It's been a while since the last time i playing on this server (since the last time i've played wow actually), if i remember correctly it's been 4 months.
The moment i've logged in this morning i saw a message that says "Your account has been terminated due to Bot", it's clearly some kind of mistake since i've not played the game in 4 months, and before it it was all ok. (of course i didn't used, and i don't use, any bot whatsover).
Is there some way to cast some light on the situation? maybe i can provide some information about the fact that i dont use bot, or something like that?

You can open a ban appeal under ticket system but don't get your hopes up.
