    Legal to download in Germany?

    I was wondering if anybody knows if it's legal to download the game in Germany? They have lots of restrictions regarding this topics and I've already had one bad experience downloading a movie ilegally so I wanted to know if it would be safe to download the game here, or what do you recommend?

    Depends how you do it and which ISP you're using. This game should be fine to download. Or just use vpn when doing it.

    No, downloading it will be noticed almost definitely. Use a VPN to download at the very least. If you're gonna play I'd suggest a paid VPN (free ones are probably banned), but you can try without it, they might be unaware of what the traffic is for.
