No bags on the old character

Greetings.
I haven't been plaiyng for a long time and now i am back. My character have no bags for items and i can't find a vendor who saling them. I tested, that today bags are given automaticly when you create new character, but on my i have rare mount so i want to play with it. How can be solved this problem?
