WotLK "could not log in to world of worcraft at this time"

Today i tried to log in and after i enter my user and password the following message apears "could not log in to world of worcraft at this time" it is a problem that will take time to be solved or i need to redownload the client ?

I redownloaded client but not work anyway, so it is not client sided.
