    How is this possible?

    How is this possible http://armory.warmane.com/search/Cryptix (the shaman is mine)
    2 characters with the same name on the same realm and now i can't send mails from my main to my alt.I opened 2 tickets and still nothing got solved.
    How long is it gonna take?

    i got a response on both of my tickets but nothing happened in 2 weeks, so i reopened another one and posted on forum to see wtf it's happening
