Where are the Arena NPCs?

I hate to ask here, but can't get an answer on server (or it scrolls so fast I'm missing it), but they are all missing in Dalaran sewers.

I've looked around at announcements and various forums, but haven't seen it mentioned.

Must be something obvious I'm missing.

Ugh, between this and the boxers taking up all the player spots in WG now, it's basically sit around for 10-15 min BG queues.

Indeed, what happen with arena NPC?
another day and there no trace of them, wtf ?:D

it seems they have removed arena joiners because there are too many players in dalaran.

You can go to any other capital to join arena
