Enemy nameplate cast bars

Does anyone know if it is possible to see cast bars on nameplate of enemies other than the one I have in target?
Maybe this is just how 3.3.5 works and I will have to learn how to live with it?

Install Quartz addon, it place a large cast enemy bar. Moveanything is other good addon, move all portraits on where you want to.

These are not solutions for that problem.

OP, I'm afraid there is no addon that can do such thing. I've tried to find it myself not so long ago, but found nothing. There were only addons for target and focus cast bars.

You can try soundalerter add on. It will say the name of the spell in English.

For example you are in arena and there is a mage in the oposing team. They start to cast Polymorph and addons says POLY!. Or other mportant spells like
fear or heals. Big Heal!
