My Characters DELETED ?

Hello, yesterday after some time of inactivity i decited to log in back again at the Lordaeron x1 realm and i was surprised to see that only 1 of my characters existed. i want to ask where did all my characters go? (the only character which remained was Horde, dont know if it matters i just wanted to let you know).
I would appreciated it if i got an answear.

"The inactivity cleanup will be concluded on January 25, 2019.


Level 1 and above characters that have not been played since January 2018 will have their names removed.
Characters will have the opportunity to choose a new name upon the next login.

Level 1-9 characters that have not been played since July 2018 will be removed.
Premium accounts are exempt from removals.
Characters that are guild masters will result in the guild being removed."


Thanks for the reply, the thing is my charcters were above lvl 9 and the last time i played was in 2019.
