    I'm having trouble changing the language of the game.

    Every time I open the game it asks me to accept the uses and conditions of the game even if I have done it before.

    Move WoW from your download location and right click the folder->properties->remove read-only

    That should work I think

    Go to your wow folder, which should be MOP4.x.x, right click on it, Properties, UNTICK read-only. I had this problem and that solved it. You should also consider installing the fix Mercy provided.
