Outland Armor Vendor(s)

Hello everyone,


As you could probably guess what is this all about, I am concerned about some missing items. Lieutenant Rachel Vaccar is Outland Armor Quertermaster in Stormwind (https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?npc=12778), and it seems that there are items missing, such as attack power neck Guarding's Pendant of Triumph (https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?npc=12778). There's only one spell power neck, that doesn't seem right.

Further more, I have also failed to find Brutal Gladiator's Gear vendor. Supposedly, there should be one in Area 52, Netherstorm. Also, Merciless Gladiator Gear should cost only honor instead of Arena Points.
Am I missing something or these vendors should be updated?

The vendors have been bugged for several years now. There is a Brutal vendor by the Ring of Trials in Nagrand, but the items available vary by class (some classes can buy all 5 main set pieces, some can't buy any, some can only buy gloves, etc.).
