can't login

Been playing a little bit today,went afk for the kids came back and I was kicked (no problem,I'll relog back in) but now all I get is an error saying "You've been disconnected from the server" over and over. And it seems I can't write a ticket,only option is "ban appeal" and if I don't choose anything says invalid option or something so can't even make a ticket for it?

Try again a bit later. Right now, alot of people are playing on the servers, which is making them unstable and especially if you're not a donor, will likely get disconnected until less people play.
