Characters Missing

Greetings,Due to the current situation(Quarantine) i decided to come back to warmane.But sadly once i accessed my old account i found no characters were there.Did they get deleted due to inactivity or was i a victim of hack?.Please check this matter and respond.Thank you and stay healthy. PS The server i played on was Lordaeron

Check under my account->services->coins->char restoration
If they're not there, they're gone.
