    [ANSWERED]Account issues

    I can't log into my old account for some reason. I'm pretty sure about the credentials. They are correct.
    And also since my characters are probably gone, can I somehow recover them after recovering my account?

    Please reset your pass via email. Also, we cannot recover characters, unfortunately.
